Job Description

We are looking for sales staff with a strong interest in shoes, fashion, and trends. We offer you a varied, customer-focused, and challenging job. You will work in our store with shoe sales, merchandising, and inventory management. We have a modern and pleasant store environment. The work involves enjoying both teamwork with your colleagues and working independently. With a desire to learn and develop, we can offer you exciting and content-rich work where no two days are alike.

Your primary responsibility is to always keep the customer in focus. You will also actively work with upselling, stay updated on current sales campaigns and follow up on these, maintain the store environment, and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

You have a current or completed upper secondary education. You have previous experience in retail sales with a high level of service; you are driven and enjoy selling and working according to set key figures and goals. You always put the customer first and work in a service-oriented manner.

We are looking for someone who is positive, receptive, and stress-resistant. Being engaged, driven, and used to taking initiative are other important qualities we seek in you. You take responsibility for your tasks and your role as a salesperson. You are social, open, and work both customer-oriented and sales-focused.

We are looking for someone who

• has cash register experience
• has previous experience working in a store
• has a current or completed upper secondary education
• will be 18 years old when starting the position
• has good teamwork skills

We consider it an advantage if you have

• merchandising knowledge from previous work
• experience working with fashion/retail previously
• completed sales training

Job Information

Position: We are now looking for a salesperson for DinSko/Skopunkten in Värmdö

Hours: 3 hours/week, permanent

Start Date: 2026-07-06
